i'm reading Peony In Love, by the same author as Snow Flower and the Secret Fan.

It's a Chinese ghost story, but moreso about love and loss.

It has made me stop and think about how important karma is, and the consequences that occur when we knowingly interfere.

It has also made me excited to be a future wife, and just let life take me where it wants to.

There is no stopping the wind, or the water, it will find it's own path.
